I've been through my own mental health struggles, so I know how hard it can be to reach out for help. Life doesn't always go as planned. Relationships change, plans fall apart, and it can feel like you're not sure what comes next. If you're feeling lost, anxious, sad, or burned out, you're not alone. I offer therapy online and in-person to support you.
I’ve seen how therapy can help, not just in my own life, but in the lives of the people I work with. You can get through even the hardest times and build a life that feels calmer, more fulfilling, and inspired.
