We will talk about your goals and determine a pace and plan that feels right. There’s no pressure and no one-size-fits-all approach.
Most clients start with weekly or bi-weekly sessions, depending on what feels manageable. You’re always welcome to adjust the frequency as we go; some weeks may feel heavier, others lighter.
My rate is $175 per hour. I also offer sliding scale spots for those who may need a reduced rate. If cost is a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
Direct billing is available with most insurance providers through Telus eHealth. If direct billing isn’t an option, a detailed receipt will be provided for reimbursement. It’s always a good idea to check with the insurance provider to confirm coverage for services provided by a Registered Social Worker or someone holding a Master of Social Work degree.

Yes, I offer in-person sessions in Calgary (Quarry Park) and in Strathmore. The spaces are cozy and private, providing a safe environment for our conversations.
Yes, all sessions are available virtually. Many people appreciate the flexibility and comfort of meeting from home, especially during emotionally heavy seasons.
Yes, I offer a limited number of evening and weekend appointments. These tend to book up quickly, so please reach out early if that’s what you’re looking for.
Counselling sessions are available to clients residing in Alberta and Ontario. In Alberta, both in-person (Calgary) and virtual sessions are offered. For clients in Ontario, counselling is available online only.
