Meet Diane Huber

When life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or hard to navigate, the path forward can feel uncertain.

Whether it’s grief, anxiety, depression, or major life or relationship changes, it’s common to feel overwhelmed, alone, or unsure of what healing might look like.

I’m so glad you found your way here.
You don’t have to go through this alone.

Here to Support Your Next Steps

My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, and solution focused. I offer a space where it feels safe to speak freely and begin reconnecting with your sense of self. Drawing from trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), I support clarity, coping, and change in ways that feel right for you.

I’m a counsellor and Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and over 16 years of experience supporting people through emotionally complex life transitions. My work has included supporting clients through conflict, anxiety, grief, stress, depression, and relationship challenges, as well as helping people navigate changes that feel overwhelming or uncertain. These experiences have given me insight into how difficult life events can affect your sense of self, your well-being, and your ability to move forward. Whatever you’re facing, counselling provides a safe, supportive space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and find ways to feel steadier, clearer, and more hopeful.

This isn’t just about talking. It’s about finding what helps. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether it’s understanding patterns, building tools, or simply having space for your emotions to land without judgment.

Counselling is available online across Alberta and Ontario. In-person sessions are also offered in Calgary (Quarry Park) and Strathmore.

I offer direct billing to most extended health benefit plans. Please check with your provider to confirm eligibility for coverage.

At Inspired Living Therapy, we recognize that our practice is located on the lands of the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations of the Blackfoot Confederacy; the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations; the Tsuut’ina Nation; and the Métis people of Districts 5 and 6 in Alberta.

We hold deep respect for the histories, cultures, and the enduring connection of the Indigenous peoples to this land. At the same time, we recognize the continued impacts of colonization and systemic racism on Indigenous peoples. Acknowledging this land is only one step; without action, words fall short. Inspired Living Therapy is committed to ongoing learning, listening, and advocating for meaningful social change and reconciliation.
