Meet Diane Huber (she/her)

When a relationship ends or starts to feel impossible, the path forward can feel uncertain.

Whether it’s a breakup, separation, divorce, or a long pattern of difficulty, it’s common to feel overwhelmed, alone, or unsure of what healing might look like.

I’m so glad you found your way here.
You don’t have to go through this alone.

Here to Support Your Next Steps

My approach to therapy is client-centered, strengths-based, and solution focused. I offer a space where it feels safe to speak freely and begin reconnecting with your sense of self. Drawing from trauma-informed care and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), I support clarity, coping, and change in ways that feel right for you.

I'm a counsellor and Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work and over 16 years of experience supporting people through emotionally and legally complex transitions. My background includes work in the family law system and in shelters with survivors of family violence, which deepened my understanding of how relationship challenges are tied to safety, justice, and the right to make your own decisions. Some clients come to process the effects of control, conflict, or harm. Others are navigating endings that feel mutual, confusing, or long overdue. Whatever you're facing, counselling offers a space to explore your experience and find steady ground again.

This isn’t just about talking. It’s about finding what helps. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether it’s understanding patterns, building tools, or simply having space for your emotions to land without judgment.

Counselling is available online across Alberta and Ontario. In-person sessions are also offered in Calgary—please reach out to learn more.

Most extended health benefit plans cover services with a Registered Social Worker. Receipts are provided for reimbursement.

Land Acknowledgement

At Inspired Living Therapy, we recognize that our practice is located on the lands of the Siksika, Kainai, and Piikani Nations of the Blackfoot Confederacy; the Îyâxe Nakoda Nations; the Tsuut’ina Nation; and the Métis people of Districts 5 and 6 in Alberta.

We hold deep respect for the histories, cultures, and the enduring connection of the Indigenous peoples to this land. At the same time, we recognize the continued impacts of colonization and systemic racism on Indigenous peoples. Acknowledging this land is only one step; without action, words fall short. Inspired Living Therapy is committed to ongoing learning, listening, and advocating for meaningful social change and reconciliation.
